“The single most un-American and anti-constitutional statement ever uttered by an American president.”
The Republican party chose not to impeach him when he sent a mob to stop a pro forma session.
The Federalist supreme Court declared him immune for prosecution for whatever shit he does in the white house, and exempt from punishment for what he does outside it.
Fucker didn’t declare himself above the law. He just finally realized what his traitorous party has been saying for years.
“I think he’s learned his lesson…”
—Susan Collins (February 2020)
Anal pineapples
Should be administered
Sideways forever
So he’s openly stating he doesn’t intend to follow the law. As soon as that motherfucker ignores a federal court order, impeachment proceedings need to begin. If these proceedings do not begin, everyone needs to arm themselves and be prepared to defend themselves and their family, especially if they are minorities and/or LGBTQ+.

Hahahah, good one. This Congress won’t even be able to pass a budget, there’s no way they would be able to pass articles of impeachment, even if they wanted to. And if somehow, those articles get passed, you would need to get 20 Republican Senators to agree with Democrats to convict, and we could only get one to vote against Bobby Brainworm, that son-of-a-bridge.
But if somehow enough Senators come to their senses, we get President JD Vance, who is going to be even worse in all these respects.

I agree with you up till that bit. Vance is puppeted by Theil, we’ll get a less musky and perhaps saner form of fascism.
not saying I look forward to either but if you’re tired of the absolute stupid shit that trump says every day like I am, a change would be nice…
Well, go down the list of succession. How far down do we need to go to have someone capable of thinking and breathing at the same time? We all knew Vance was an insurance policy, he would need to be included, or atleast have his impeachment drafted when the ink on Darth Cheeto’s dries.
How far down do we need to go to have someone capable of thinking and breathing at the same time?
Impeachment was a check against a corrupt individual, not an entire party working together to destroy democracy.
The “list of succession” isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. After the VP, we get the Speaker of the House (Mike “Keebler Elf” Johnson), then the President Pro Tempore of the Senate (a ceremonial post that typically goes to the oldest Senator of the majority party, currently Chuck Grassley), then a bunch of Cabinet posts.
But it’s important to note that those other positions only kick in if all the other posts are vacant when the Presidency becomes vacant, and those other posts are rarely vacant. And when the VP vacates the office to become President, both houses of Congress must affirm the new VP via majority vote
But this Congress? Even if somehow they toss Trump and make Vance President, I bet they will not think twice before selecting Sean Hannity or Matt Gaetz to be the new VP under Vance.
I completely agree with you, but I still stand behind what I said in my first post, even knowing the first option is never going to happen.
He’s been impeached, he didn’t quit
From the article…
President Donald Trump wrote in a social media post that “he who saves his country does not violate any law,” a variation of a quote attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte.
and he who destroys it violates all the laws.
When do we get to blood in the streets?
When people stop asking and start acting.
Are you in the streets?
If not, who are you to ask others to risk their own bodies for your behalf?
Nobody is coming to save us.
It’s us. It’s you and it’s me. If you aren’t in the streets, then the action isn’t in the streets.
Stop expecting others to fight your battles for you.
He’s just saying the quiet part out loud now. Anyone surprised by this wasn’t paying attention.
Which dipshit in his “cabinet” is feeding him these lines though? Focus on them.
Bets on the Melon dipshit
Trump, his handpicked Cabinet officials, and Musk have also disregarded or openly attacked the other two co-equal branches of government, accusing judges who have moved to halt or limit the new administration’s actions of being Democratic partisans.
It says Trump and his cronies have disregarded or attacked both other branches, but the article only provides examples related to the judicial branch. What have they done to the legislative branch, besides steal its power without any complaints from the Republicans in charge over there? Bypassing a complicit and complacent Congress doesn’t feel like it’s on the same level as ignoring court orders and threatening to impeach judges.
