It also means you can’t apply for unemployment as you were terminated for refusal to perform work duties, even if you are working.
What happens if you refuse both options?
That’s called “time to get a new job.”
Before I came in here, I assumed that’s what “or else” meant, and I’m still not sure it doesn’t mean that.
