      What a stupid headline. If potable water is at risk, that’s a problem. It’s not like water is beloved for any other reason than it’s required to sustain life as we know it.

        Eh, many New Yorkers for whatever reason think their tap water is objectively superior to everywhere else. They claim all sorts of shit, like that the water is the reason their bagels and pizza dough are better than anywhere else.
