These paragraphs are in this order. I’m noticing a ton of repetition of details in news articles lately, like they aren’t even bothering with editors anymore.

This feels like a novice writer trying to create a story out of a 30 second video clip, but ended up writing a transcript of the video clip. The repetitive paragraphs reads like the video clip jumping from scene to scene.
