I had a friend who pretty much only eats because he knows if he does not he will die. He is perpetually underweight. He just does not enjoy eating at all. Even foods he enjoys he hates to eat.

Meanwhile, I am over here knowing I am full and standing in the fridge to see what I can make to eat.

What are the features included at this price?

I worked for a vanity publisher that would publish literally anything you sent to them. But you had to buy all of the books yourself. They did nothing to help promote your book. They would cold ship books to bookstores along with a bill, most either refused the shipments, or dumped them.

I did the layout for children’s books. And let me tell you, when I say they would publish anything I mean anything. There was a book about snails, but none of the “snails” had shells, and they all looked like penises. There were a couple kids science books that were factually incorrect. We were not allowed to correct or change anything.

I worked on a movie that had a budget shortfall. We found out our checks for that week would not be coming, and likely the following week’s checks too. The producers asked we finish that day and take a weekend to give them time to secure funding before we all walked off the project.

When we came back they had funding again with our checks in hand.

A couple months later I helped a friend on another show and still have that check on my fridge, everyone’s checks were bouncing. I could not even get the bank from which it was drawn to cash it for me. Luckily that was only a single day’s work.

In New Mexico we put it on everything, stuffed sopapillas, fry bread, enchiladas, we make salsa with it. Green Chile cheeseburgers are a common dish, i am vegetarian so i skip that. But green chile cheese fries are fantastic. It is on our pizza, in our ranch, on our breakfast burritos. It is even half of our state question. (Red or green?)

It is not only streaming. I used to have a barkbox subscription for my dog, monthly treats and toys. Well she is allergic to most of the treats, and hardly plays with the toys. I tried to cancel, and thought I did. But it changed me to a different option instead, so again the next month I went to cancel and it still did not cancel. Finally after the 3rd try I managed to cancel. It kept offering me “solutions” to not cancel.

I admit I should have checked for a confirmation email and made sure I was cancelled.

Prime does similar and keeps looking like you are cancelled, but you are not.
