I was given fentanyl during a medical procedure and can confirm the high fades really fast. During the procedure I was at peace, just laying there without a care or worry in the world and virtually no pain. Within about 15 minutes of the procedure’s end I was back to cold, sober agony.

I think we’d end up with a fractured smattering of “left” parties, one or two semi-cohesive liberal parties, and one or two semi-cohesive “right” parties.
