I think no. I can see it both ways, but it feels a little bit piracy-enabling to host the feed, which I don’t want to do. It’s the same thing as forbidding archive.is links for paywalled content.
But they’re clearly coming at it from a pro-piracy perspective though. I don’t think you can say with a straight face that the “torrent” part of the title is talking about people who are really passionate about downloading and seeding Linux ISOs.
Coverage of privacy issues and tech news, that happens to touch on piracy or copyright issues, I’m fine getting involved with and hosting here. Coverage from the perspective of fans of piracy, I don’t want to.
Oh ok I was reading reply without context. Actually I was mostly saying that trying to be polite and forgiving even if I don’t feel that way myself. Also because I don’t want a lecture from an admin on the moral high horse when I don’t agree with them at all and aren’t going to agree with them.
Those types of lectures are annoying and the people who do them annoy me.

Honestly in my opinion this mentality feels overbearing, elitist, and possibly even tribalist. Like you’re trying to control the narritive and carry out paid providers wishes like a shill. I have 0 respect for this mentality and the people who subscribe to it. Good day.
@PhilipTheBucket@ponder.cat Just curious. If not I get it. I just think it would be neat to have.

I don’t see why, they don’t actually share pirated content or methods they simply cover news related to it, also privacy related topics.

It just seems to cover issues related to piracy and also privacy, like seizures and shutdowns.
Yes, but if not, you get it. Right?
That weirdly worded, not sure I follow.
You said at the outset, “If not I get it.”
