Who could have seen this coming? Armed men, in blacked out vehicles, with no ID, and grabbing people without explaining anything?

I AM SHOCKED! SHOCKED I SAY!

Was it a “police” officer acting as an ICE officer? If so, good I hope this is the start of things to come. FAFO.

You can just read the article.

ICE was doing their thing as they do, a group of people were doing something outside the facility, ICE called the local cops, and then someone from the group shot at the local cops when they came up to investigate.

That’s the official statement right now. Who knows whether it’s accurate, but if it is accurate, then no, he wasn’t acting as an ICE officer.

Just before 11 p.m., the Alvarado Police Department said it was called to the 1200 block of Sunflower Lane, outside the ICE Prairieland Detention Facility, on a report of a suspicious person. When officers arrived, they saw a person who appeared to be carrying a firearm, according to a news release.

The source told CBS News that early reports indicate that more than a dozen masked individuals dressed in black arrived at the Prairieland ICE detention facility late Friday night and vandalized vehicles and security cameras in the parking lot.

The individuals launched fireworks in an apparent effort to lure law enforcement, the source said.

Little confused. Did they get calls about a suspicious person? Or was a mini military vandalized vehicles, security cameras in the parking lot, ans launched fireworks in an apparent effort to lure law enforcement?

I can’t help but thinking that it being a local police officer, not ICE, who was shot makes that theory more likely.

I doubt it. This is very much something Chicanos are capable of doing right now. People are mad.
