i make cookies all the time and the key is to cook them for 2 minutes less than the recipe calls for because they’ll keep cooking when you take them out and they’ll be just the right about of gooey and soft <3
my favorite is a crispy one that for some reason seemed associated with christmass.
Crunchy is fine as long as there’s a generous amount of chunky chocolate chips.
