Codeberg and selfhosting forgejo is the way. They don’t use AI BS for this shit to happen and is completely FOSS
Both terrible pieces of software, hopefully something better comes sooner or later.
Any reason why you don’t like them? They’re fine for me.

Isn’t codeberg “just” a forgejo instance? I thought the main point was not to create a GitLab like situation where there is a version hosted by them and a technically inferior version available as FOSS.
