Does NK even have subs to dock?

US navy: Does perfectly normal and non-provocative action of docking in a major ally’s port for rest and supplies.

North Korea: Flips the fuck out and tries to create a conflict out of it.

Pure propoganda for their own populace. NK leadership knows full well that the US isn’t interested in starting a war with them and that the US military could wipe them out easily if they were so inclined.

And what are you going to do about it?
