    I am so glad the EU has done many things that used to be us only. They really need to prioritize anything they don’t have a version of to get going. US is unreliable.

    In the process of updating documents to remove references to this… Without it we have to use a much more crude method of determining disadvantaged status for localities.

        There is no new to tool. The White House took it down. Even though we could use a backup copy, it will become outdated. And well, the higher ups are just saying to remove references saying that we use it.
