    The thing is that, there are no consequences. The judge already implied that he won’t even get monetary penalty.

    It is ridiculous that he is even fighting it.

    Or maybe it was a bone thrown to help SCOTUS to use it as an opportunity to make itself look like it has some legitimacy.
