Absolutely love the report. But this headline is slightly misleading:
Shutdown of Lemmy and opportunity for PieFed
Should have read “Shutdown of lemm.ee” instead.
Anyways, I’m happy that PieFed gains some traction and publicity.

I’m talking about !polls@piefed.social. I opened it from feddit.org and from discuss.tchncs.de. Both are empty.
It doesn’t make sense to post it there, since it’s completely empty when viewed from Lemmy. Lemmy doesn’t support polls yet, thus doesn’t display poll posts.
Thanks. Yeah, I hope so too.
Not a community, but new people on Mastodon use the hashtag #newhere to introduce themselves or ask newbie questions. I don’t know if that could be integrated into a Piefed/Lemmy community or if it would create too much noise.
It seems there are new features in PieFed every day. Great work!
Ah, nice. Thank you!
I just discovered that the default Lemmy UI doesn’t have this setting either. But it’s available in Voyager for Lemmy.
Very nice.
But my above solution wouldn’t work now, as it would just click leave and join over and over again, leaving and joining the same community. I would have to change the scroll position after each click now.
But apart from my weird solution not working anymore, I think it’s a good enhancement for PieFed in general.
I found a weird but working solution:
I installed maxautoclicker, set it to the position of the Leave button on my subscribed page with an interval of 1 seconds and let it do the job. It worked, I now have no subscriptions and can start over.
Thanks for your help!
Wonderful, thank you!
