Could the DEA’s interpretation of the Controlled Substances Act could be overturned, leading to changes of drug scheduling back to what was originally passed by congress?

The two party system has resulted in grid lock on anything pf actual value like codifying in law the things the SCOTUS has been rolling back. We’ve rested on our laurels for it to all be undone.
Yep that’s what I was talking about. Technically OSHA still has authority until the asshats bring that through the courts and it gets gutted.
Don’t worry, SCOTUS will overturn OSHA soon enough.
What I’m hearing you say is that traditionally, appeals courts do not typically deal with matters of fact. One thing Trump has exposed is the flaw of relying on tradition and any type of honor. Wouldn’t surprise me to hear it gets appealed to a court that owes him a favor who says to hell with tradition. Although IANAL and have no idea what I’m saying.
Lots of other drugs on the schedules than THCA.
