OK so I’m gen x age and just recently, in the last 6 months, figured out I’m not neurotypical (I mean I knew I was not necessarily normal). It’s been an interesting process of connecting the dots of like - oh that explains why I’m like that.

Well I’m sitting here reading this post and realizing right now that pattern recognition was one of the skills I’ve always excelled at in a number of things I’ve done. It’s helped me in wildlife biology, software debugging, and many other things.

If you know basic math, it was probably purchased before 1996 based on my original comment. It was also very well used when she gave it to me.
