I like the idea of sprints because that means my next 2-4 weeks is planned out with neatly documented stories on things to work on. It has never worked out that way however, either the stories were useless or the sprints were meaningless and work just came in whenever anyway. I hate all the meetings too.

When I hear a lib talk about how scary/worse a trump reelection would be, I have a knee jerk reaction to bring up Biden since he’s currently the president doing terrible things. I think the libs in my life think I’m a closet Trump supporter now though.

Yeah same here. This whole time I’ve been thinking it’s the perfect time to form a union. Lots of people have an every person for themself attitude in the corporate world though.

Layoffs are starting next week. I want that severance but I don’t want to be unemployed but I don’t want to be stuck here with more work and less people.

Each one I’ve used paywalls anything that’s not age and distance. Biggest thing I care about filtering is politics(though mine won’t be on the site) and what they’re looking for(don’t want to swipe people who are casual)
