German homes are relatively okay insulated. Very remote: burn wood or some sort of wood pellet stuff. Not clean, but it is local and renewable. Less remote: heat pumps, runs on electricity. Cities: many are planning/extending heat nets, those can be partially powered by left over heat from industry. And import nuclear electricity from France in winter I guess!
I agree but not on the debt free part. Mortgage loan at 1,45%, savings rate at 2,4 %: I’ll not try to get out of that debt sooner than planned, thank you very much :')
Yeah, the spirit of your comment i agree with, but not the letter.
Nothing should be completely free, because nothing is free. Water needs processing, electricity needs a grid, sewage needs treatment, etc.
Basic things should be affordable for all: housing, water, electricity, internet, food etc.
But “free” creates incentives to be careless with resources. Which is counterproductive to making sure they are available for all at affordable prices.
Dutch has the same word: angst. In my experience it’s not as “heavy” as Angst in German, but rather interchangeable with “schrik hebben” or “bang zijn”. Though “angstig zijn” might be more of longer duration, like a character trait of a person.

i think it’s whoever made the playlist i dunno. It’s mildly infuriating to me anyhow that someone would post a “full album …” and compose it with videos which all together do not form the album they claim it is in the title of the playlist.
