2 months agoI shouldn’t be surprised that the authors of “To Each According to Their Space-Need: Communes in Outer Space” have zero understanding of dialectical materialism and are incapable of saying anything useful, but I am disappointed that such a good title was wasted by liberals.
The paper reminds me of an exercise we had to do in high school American government class. Groups were given three poorly-defined choices of devolution, governance, and mode of production. The authors are doing precisely this — trying to arrive at an ideal society through combination of its parts without ever investigating the relations between these parts. Absolutely undialectical.
