  • This law requires the main religious institutions to get a paper done where each one of the religious sects will have their own personal issues law increasing the Divide and sectarianism within the society

    This isn’t bad actually. It seems fair to me that people are judged according to their religion by their peers. Historically, the caliphates -when good as there has been terrible caliphs- allowed Jews and Christians their own courts and didn’t force them to follow Shariah laws. The caliphates managed to do well ruling over people of different religions.
