I’m actually worried about what my kids will be taught.

I use Connect on Android. I’m not sure if tagging is a function of the app or of Lemmy. I’ve only really used it a few times. It shows up on the three dots under a person’s comment or on their profile, “add user note”.
Thanks, I’ve updated the tag to “Russia Sympathizer”.
I definitely have you marked as maybe pro-Russia because you’re openly mocking criticism and helping the pro/neutral-Russia narrative. I don’t think it’s intentional, but I’m not ruling it out either.
I can’t access the link you posted. So I’ll take your word for it. But I can’t see how many votes it has or what their reasoning is.
Thanks. I definitely thought “total” meant total.
I haven’t seen that response unless someone has credible connections to Russia, like Trump or Stein.
Also, her complaints are 100% valid.
Ironically you’re the one dismissing criticism of people supporting Russian interests in a completely unrelated post.
I can’t wait for Democrats to accuse one of their own of being a Russian asset.
Why would they?
The threat of splitting the vote is a good reason to run, if you feel like your position isn’t being taken seriously enough AND that it’s important enough that everything else is worth losing.
The problem is that the majority of the Democrats are on board with green initiatives. The only holdup on the $10T program before was Manchin. She has now pivoted RCV, or more specifically destroying the duopoly because they are the enemy for “reasons”.
Also, she’s said that she wouldn’t pull out even if the Dems gave her what she wanted. So it doesn’t really work as a threat either.
The low cost of living is nice.
Worrying about literally everything that the state government does and knowing that my neighbors, at best, care more about political alignment with their neighbors than they care about the wellbeing of the people or their freedom is not nice.
If you live in a blue state, have you thought about moving to a red state? If enough people do, they’ll turn blue. (Seriously, California could easily flip the federal government by taking over a few red states. Please come to Arkansas and help us save it.)
I’ve thought about if bands started to boycott red states. I live in a red state, and any band that might boycott would also have more liberal fans. So they would really be hurting those that already agree with them.
But also, fuck our government and the 2/3 of people that agree with those crazy fucks.
According to a random poll I just looked up, 29% of Americans “somewhat care” if their politicians support genocide. Maybe we should pressure them to care more and join the 19% that care a lot.
Boycott America until people take it seriously and stop funding them.
How many people do you think will be apathetic (both ways)? How many of the people who are already tuned into his edgy humor will care?
It’s weird that games nailed fun racing games back in the PS2/Xbox era. Between Burnout, Midnight Club, Need for Speed, all of them peaked. Then couldn’t repeat formula. Then on the PS3 they had Motorstorm. But really there hasn’t been a lot of fun racing games since.
It’s not a PR disaster because it might cost him his base. The question is whether it will cost him people in the middle who don’t particularly like that shit. It probably won’t,but if there’s a chance it costs him half a point I’ll take it.
I used to play the crap out of this game. I got a ridiculous amount of stuff without paying a dime too. I had to stop playing because it took too much of my time.
I have that one on the PS2. I don’t know that there is a better Sonic collection.
“Overturn an election” is a dead giveaway that they are against the insurrectionists. That’s not a phrase that supporters use.
I thought it was fine. I don’t know about underrated though. I don’t think it’s nearly as good as Xcom.
That Black Mirror episode was interesting. Although I couldn’t do it on my main device. I had to boot it up on my Playstation.
Also, it was a bit awkward to go through all of the different endings with someone less patient than I am.
