Never seen anything like this in Turkey. We have a simple red on white “E” (first letter of Eczane=Pharmacy) with maybe very timid color change animations, time and/or temperature switches.

As others have pointed out, these look like quite the distracting and cyberpunk dystopian ad signs, most unexpected for a core health institution.

Seriously, dude. While I can understand and share the angst against a lot of topics and the urge to bring them out whenever I see something contextually related, going off by a set topic in a wider context without having the relevant topic at hand isn’t fruitful.

Do you anti-war protesting, do your part against western downplay, denial of or distraction from their colonial crimes and related heinous acts. Do all of these without taking part in beating the dead (and/or wanted to be revived) U.S.S.R / CCP bashing even, thus being focused on one side in your criticism. But also learn to make a distinction between one topic and another in a context and to take part in that topic in relevant places.

It is the right move. Everything aside, this is a political symbol that has no place in football. With everything considered, it is a symbol used by the extremist arms of a right-wing, nationalist party, which is known for its gang-like political killings in the 80s. Their ideology is closer to phrenology.

It is a fascist symbol and nothing else. Unfortunately it is not shunned as such, usually due to lack of official association, but definitely has no place in either an international display or for kids who have no idea about the history of those who use it.

I’m not holding my breath for a change in the hegemony over the world towards Russia or China to be any better. Labeling one side as terrorists while both are employing the terrorism has just a difference of political power, and that is even in some parts of the world only. Also, lets not forget the side that is not officially labeled a terrorist organization has been employing the terrorism to a greater extent with much more intensity for 3 quarters of a century and only for vile outcomes rather than as crappy tools for an understandable cause.
