LOL, is it because he’s been chased out of the kitchen a bunch of times and he moves out backwards as you shove him back with your legs?

Try to eat things that will definitely kill him.
Can it play Careless Whispers?
I’ve looked for and joined communities for my hobbies and interests. I have my app set up to hide posts after I’ve viewed them. Currently my subscription feed is showing posts from last December, because there’s no new content that I haven’t already interacted with. I always check subscribed first, but then I mosey on over to local or all, since my subscription feed is pretty much dead.
This is like those hikers that go out with a small water bottle and flip flops on a mountain trail.
LOL, yeah. That’s stupid…
The problem with nich communities on Lemmy is that you can browse the entire contents of a community in 10 minutes, and then you’re stuck waiting for more content for days or weeks on end. That’s fine if you’re only interested in asking for advice, or occasionally contributing, but it’s very limiting for someone who wants ongoing discussions about their hobbies or interests.
I realized a few days ago that I was letting the overwhelming negativity from this platform bleed over into other areas of my life, and I had to put that shit in check immediately. It sucks feeling like you’re always stuck being understanding and taking the high road while everyone around you is determined to burn things to the ground, but ultimately it makes you a better person and results in a better life and sense of self.
I get where you’re coming from. This platform made me realize once and for all that I’m not a leftist, despite thinking of myself as one for most of my adult life. But I’m definitely not a conservative either, so I’m rudderless. A lone wolf.
Anyways, to the original point, there are a lot of toxic people here. They were on Reddit too, but there was a lot more to dilute their presence. Be active with your blocklist, and use an app that allows you to filter words and instances. Those few actions will drastically change your experiences on Lemmy. It changed mine enough that I went from being an inch away from leaving forever, to actually enjoying most of my time here. And heck, I learned something about myself in the process, and continue learning every day. No sense in only being around people you agree with, that’ll just stunt your growth as a person.
Not well, my friends. Not well.
Is that dude in the wig Peter Vincent from Fright Night?:
It’s crazy that at one point in time, whoever those other two actors are, they were considered more popular than Brad Pitt. Talk about drastically different career trajectories after this movie.
I think it’s already popular.
Snoop is in anything that’ll pay him.
That makes sense.
Any leader that requires that much protection from the people he’s supposed to be serving, obviously isn’t serving the people very well.
Brilliantly talking
Okay buddy. Whatever you need to tell yourself.
Unfortunately according to the polls, about half of registered voters are going to vote for him. It’s mind boggling. Out of all the people on the planet to choose from, they choose this guy? This fucking guy?!
Why? Like what does it matter?
I just feed my dog twice per day whenever he tells me he’s hungry. Idk why he’d have to be on a strict schedule, as long as it’s relatively regular.
I got a full body werewolf costume for Halloween when I was a kid, and thought it would be funny to scare our dog. So I hid behind a door and when he walked in, I jumped out and roared at him. It wasn’t well thought out. He was half a second away from biting my face off. Thankfully I recognized the danger and ripped the mask off. He did not get scared. He was ready to murder. At least we knew he’d protect us from a werewolf after that.
