+10 to fisticuffs damage
Each knuckle resembles a d4, two knuckles per finger looks to me like at least 10-40 or average ~25 piercing/bludgeoning damage per strike.
If you have Improved Unarmed Strike then you can take an extra jab as a bonus action!
