Several sources have revealed that Ubisoft will be shutting down XDefiant in June 2025, say sources familiar within Ubisoft.

Another one bites the dust. I’m sure I’d enjoy it if I could have bought a copy and hosted the servers myself.

    The multiplayer FPS genre has been oversaturated for almost a decade now so I’m not surprised that this one is going away.

      For as oversaturated as people feel it is, the industry sure hasn’t made one of them that I like or want to play in a long time.
