Cane toads are at it again! Scientists from Macquarie University working with Bunuba Indigenous rangers and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) in Western Australia have trialed a new way to protect freshwater crocodiles from deadly invasive cane toads spreading across northern Australia.

    Yeah, but I do have to admit, I actually love Cane Toads. They are tough as hell, and they’re survivors. But I can see how the decimate the area.

      Well, this technique doesn’t harm the cane toads, except the few that are used as bait. It lets them live alongside the crocks without killing them, that’s kinda nice.

        Uhh that’s not nice. They’re an invasive species fucking our country over and causing native species to go extinct.

        Every single one in Australia needs to be eradicated.
