I think it should be 2%. Some would say 2% is too low, but I spoke to some very smart people. Smartest people about this sort of thing, they told me “Mr. president, the interest rate should be 2%.” I agree with them. I saw the crooked liars at the New York Times say that an interest rate that low will destroy the economy. What do they know, they aren’t economists, they aren’t even reporters, over there at that fake news place. So 2% is where we are going to set it and it will be great. America will be great. We have the greatest economy in the world. China is close, but they don’t have a strong economy like America does. I asked an economist how strong our economy is, and they said it is like steel. Strong like steel, can you believe that? We have an economy like steel. That’s a strong economy. We wouldn’t have this economy under Biden or his diversity hire. Terrible woman. She would ruin America with her commie policies that don’t make America greater. With a 2% interest rate, you aren’t even going to believe how good of an economy we will have. It will be historic. We haven’t seen anything like our economic future since the 1920s!

While I wouldn’t mind a president saying “lets have the interest rates be a bit lower” I really don’t want one man to have that much more power.
