As the floodwaters recede from Camp Mystic, a torrent of grief remains for the families of the children who died and those who went missing when flash floods tore through central Texas earlier this week.

And, also, how do people not connect that if your god holds the lives of these kids in a flood over your head for worship, isn’t he kind of the bad guy?
Don’t forget the others… like Rafael “Ted” Cruz - of Canada.
Too cold for you? Maybe Mary down the street wouldn’t have fucking died alone in her house freezing do death, with no heat, no power, and cell towers were overloaded as well. She couldn’t ambulate. She relied on those resources to live, and her neighbors for help. We all took care of her, as a community.
She couldn’t ask for help. The resources were not available.
Went to fucking Cancun with your kids before being called on it.
Rafael, I doubt you’ll see this, but Mary’s blood is on your hands, as well as hundreds if not thousands more.
