I think this one is easy to believe, especially considering he never claimed to drink his own brand of vodka. His whole pre political aesthetic lends itself to alcohol consumption and being a teetotaler in his circles would be akin to had he been a strict vegetarian in oddness. There’s also the fact that even his ex inner circle who now oppose him don’t claim he drinks, which would be a minor scandal.
I have zero doubts about how stupid he is, just questioning whether his self professed possibly positive trait is also a lie.

I still think he’s abusing Adderall anyway. He just doesn’t drink. Which is ironic because he causes me to drink more.
