Tbh, I feel like most of humanity society is that shallow ouroboros you described but that’s a different discussion. As for why I choose to think it’s Loss most of the time? Idk, I guess I’ve just seen it often enough or been “gotcha’ed” by it by some dank memes too many times 🤷
