That’s cheating - it goes well even with ice cream!
Serious now, I never thought about mustard. I’ll try it next time, it sounds amazing.

Dandelions are edible. All of it! Best most nutritious part is the root. Also, try to make dandelion syrup - it’s the best syrup I’ve had!
I really ought to learn more about foraging
Dandelions are actually a great starter plant for foraging - they’re super easy to identify and impossiible to confuse with anything dangerous!
