This immediately reminded me of “Pinball Construction Set” for the Macintosh - although it probably should have rather reminded me of the “MusicWorks” icon, or some of the fine black and white clip art of the 80s.
In any case, if that is hand-painted from scratch it’s truly astounding.
Much appreciated, yeah it’s all hand pixelled. I had a couple of reference photos to get the right proportions etc
