It wouldn’t surprise me if this decision was more about external conditions than internal ones. They’ve got the money to burn, and are likely forecasting an insane number of sales, so timing it to ensure a more favourable global economy seems believable to me.
Went ahead and requested it off work. Hopefully I don’t lose power for a fuckin week like I did with Oblivion Remastered.

Hello fellow pittsburgher. Same thing happened to me. We were only out of power for about a day because we’re in the city limits I guess, by the zoo.
Worst part was showing up and working in the dark because we have a bunch of skylights in our shop.
