Dear Tabletop Board Game publishers: if the box you use to package and distribute your game cannot—within the laws of physics—actually HOLD all the materials for that game even using all the ziploc bags you provide, then please, I BEG YOU, consider a bigger box. I know there are cost differentials and such, but players should not have to separate the pieces for a game from the box to store it. Just me? It could just be me, I admit. #boardgames
It’s not just you.
Pepperidge Farms remembers OG Catan boxes being largely empty — to the point that only two of them were needed to store all pieces from the three flagship releases: Catan, Seafarers, Cities & Knights along with the 5-6 player expansions for each!
So, like your title, then? 🤣
