Life is different for white women, and some aren’t aware of their privilege. Some women will bully and intimidate everyone, because they’ve learned it works fairly often and there’s rarely any negative consequences to themselves.

Also, the lived experience of most white women around police is vastly different than what police are to pretty much every other group. This also leads some to believe that the default behavior of most cops is something other than massive asshole.
