minus-squaremassive_bereavement@fedia.iolinkfedilinkarrow-up0·3 months agoThe world is wide and spiders aplenty, but in any case based on the tarsus, the leaf-shaped abdomen and the coloration I would say a cyrtophora. If you said southern europe, I would bet on a cyrtophora cirticola, but I’m not sure what tent weaver might live where you are. Were the tarsus pointy and the abdomen oval shaped or was it irregular? What size is it (e.g a walnut)? Was it inside your house or in the garden? Probably araneus angulatus would be a better match.
