Does anyone know why lemmy.world is not showing in the list of instances at https://join-lemmy.org/instances ?
there is worry it’s about centralization around lemmy.world
They try not to centralize. World getting very big is the opposite of what the fediverse should be.

instances get added automatically once they reach a threshold of monthly active users. iirc it’s >6 mau, you could check the code to confirm.
