Constantly spreading around leaderless calls to action is actively harmful to real progress.

No they don’t but knowing who is organizing and in charge is an important part of striking.
It’s also important to show up if you feel you have reason to. No one is gonna force you to come or make you stay if it isn’t your thing. You don’t have to take part
