Have just installed on a Blackview tablet. Screen resolution is 1920x1200.
When creating a new account, attempting to go to the login/password screen just produced a screen of random noise in portrait mode. When I rotated to portrait mode, everything appeared as expected and I was able to log in.
Hello, did your screen look something like the attached image (someone else’s screenshot)? If so, it’s likely a rendering issue with the UI framework that Interstellar uses (Flutter). It seems that Flutter is experimenting with a new rendering engine (Impeller) and phasing out the old one (Skia). This comes with the side effect of having rendering bugs like this pop up over time. Luckily, Flutter has recently published an update that will be included in Interstellar’s next version; hopefully, it will have addressed some of our issues.
