Wanted to get the male cardinal that was standing there, but he moved to the far side of the feeder. This little sparrow took his place though. The photo came out very nicely though and I liked its round shape, so here it is!

Always happy to see these in the swarms of House Sparrows we get!
I’m terrible at IDing the finch and sparrow type small birds, so it was nice to get a good look at this one and learn how to pick it out.
As I read more about House Sparrows, it’s shocking to see the potential effects of such a small, plain looking bird!
