It is a natural conclusion. Capitalism consolidates power with those who own capital. Since capitalism naturally tends towards monopolistic industry, those who write and enforce laws will be capitalists. Who have no motivation to regulate themselves.

Lol. The Democratic party won’t move. And it’s not entirely known how many votes and states were lost due to the refusal to do anything other than promote a genocide. If you want to look at the number of uncommitted votes, that will dramatically under count the people who would not vote for these candidates.

As for trying other tactics, I would suggest you look at what you’re suggesting. Consider how that has led us to the current political situation. And try to think outside the confines of the democratic party.
