They said the quiet parts out loud long time ago, and those who can intervene around the world said they did not care.

Europe does not care what Israel does as long as no one calls them Nazis.

The US has strong economic and political ties with Israel and too many Zionists to intervene.

The rest of the world does not care enough because it’s all happening too far away.

I feel like “the rest of the world does not care enough because it’s all happening too far away” is a bit disingenuous, as there are civil movements and protests against Israel’s actions in Palestine around the world. Some “faraway” countries like South-Africa even filed the original ICJ/ICC case against Israel for acts of genocide in December 2023. I think it’s the nations who are for Israel, but most of them haven’t represented the actual will of the people for a long time. Of course the US being Israel’s closest ally is quite a deterrent against any government with a spine (among other geopolitical skullduggery), so alas.

Not really. You just took one sentence out of my comment and decided to zoom in on it, ignoring the rest of the comment for some reason.

In the context of my comment, I clearly mean:

Those who can intervene from the rest of the world do not care because it’s happening too far away.

Civil movements can put pressure on governments, but they have no executive power; ergo, they cannot intervene.

The South African army is ~40k soldiers, no? I don’t think they have the power to intervene; ergo, my statement does not apply to them.

I’m more calling out an entity like the Chinese government, who has the military and political power to do something, but do not care enough because they stand to gain nothing if they stop it.

Israel is the best organized terrorist organization. The IDF is just the bloodiest terrorist wing of the terrorist organization Israel.

“IDF allegedly killed Hamas commander in cafe strike that killed or wounded at least 41 civilians, including 3 journalists and 2 athletes, as well as children and families gathering for a birthday party”, but you’d never hear BBC utter those words, now would you? Shameful, absolutely shameful. Also the “Hamas commander” in question is a son of an already killed Hamas commander, and also Israel claims to have used aerial surveillance to “mitigate the risk of harming civilians”, so in other words they knew there were civilians there including children. The absolute scum of the earth.
