Attached: 4 images Ieri sera, in risposta al taglio di 2 giovani alberi (un melo e un melograno) da parte della manutenzione, abbiamo piantato 4 nuovi alberi (2 meli e 2 nespoli) in Piazzale degli Scali a #Pisa. Proprio quelli che sono stati salvati il #PrimoMaggio dai rifiuti del discount locale. 🌳 Interazioni molto positive con abitanti del quartiere, che si sono avvicinati curiosi e hanno promesso di dar da bere durante i mesi caldi. Qualcuno mi stava anche cercando «Tu sei quello che pianta gli alberi?» 😁

    Love these kinds of direct action projects! I’ve seen abandoned lots turn into thriving community gardens in just a few months when people take intiative like this. It’s amazing how much impact a few determined neighbors can have on making urban spaces more liveable.
