    I have never seen any of his films, but from the GIFs I have seen, that actor seems incredibly obnoxious and annoying. Is that his schtick?

      This character for sure is. His performances tend to be in two camps; one is the madcap, rubber faced, mental energy like Ace Ventura or Dumb and Dumber and the other is the more sensitive, reserved acting like Truman Show and The Majestic.
